Service Manager

Pete began working in the automotive industry 35 years ago in his grandfather's garage.  Along with becoming an ASE Certified Master Technician in 1999, Pete also possesses many specialized certifications related to tires including the Run Flats.  Pete has multiple other certifications in Air Conditioning as well as Alignments and has over 20 years experience in both.   

Pete performs many duties for the company on any given day.  His face may greet you at the front desk when you come in or his voice may be the one you hear on the phone to make appointments or discuss your vehicle.  He also spends time in the shop overseeing the daily operations as well as working on vehicles whenever necessary.   

Pete has been married to his wife, Amy, for over 30 years and they have a 27 year old son, Jeremy.  While Jeremy was at Penn State, Pete enjoyed watching his son play college baseball. Now that Jeremy is married and on his own, Pete spends as many evenings as possible in the outdoors.  Pete loves to fish and hunt any chance that he gets.  He and Amy enjoy camping and spending time with friends and family.

Owner

Mark and Susan opened Complete Automotive Repair & Service in York, PA  in 2007 with a desire to provide quality automotive repairs and maintenance all while treating the customer like they're family. Mark is an ASE Certified Master Technician with over 33 years of experience working in many parts of the automotive industry. Mark is a PA Safety Inspector and a Certified Emissions repair technician. He got his start working for a Chevrolet dealership, then spent many years working for both national repair chains, and independent repair facilities.  He also spent several years focusing on the parts side of the automotive industry.  While the one on one contact with the customers is what Mark enjoys most, he still takes the time to work on vehicles in the shop. 

When Mark is not at the shop he enjoys fishing and spending time on his boat at various nearby lakes.  Mark's other great passion is his backyard pond where he is constantly tending to the fish, frogs and vegetation.   

Susan Ditt

Owner

Susan's voice is usually the one you will hear on the telephone when you call.  She handles most of the up front activities.  She is also a licensed Pennsylvania Emissions Inspector.  Prior to opening Complete Automotive with Mark she was a stay at home mom to their two daughters, Jaclyn and Emily. 

With their oldest daughter, Jaclyn, living on her own and working on her Masters in Reading, and their youngest daughter, Emily, away at college Susan has more time to spend with Mark and on hobbies.  They have recently taken up Paddleboarding and enjoy walks and runs in the outdoors whenever they can.
